He was basically doing one day on, one day off. We only had optional skates for the past week until today. Correct that he wasn't at today's mandatory, full team skate.
For what it's worth, he's been seen watching practice from upstairs in the gym.

I'm fully expecting the Avs to look flatter than flat.
Really starting to resemble the Sacco-era Avs with how unmotivated they are.
