I don't understand why people are getting their panties in a bunch over Ken Dorsey losing his shit at the end of the game.
There are people getting their panties in a bunch? Where?

Exactly - draft a guy each year in R3/R4 & keep replenishing your RB room that way.
I'd be very surprised (also disappointed) if Singletary were to be extended. Nothing against him as a player - i think he's generally under rated - but it just doesn't mesh with the long term cap.
Running backs tend to fall off a cliff production wise after a certain point too. Even the beat ones. Especially quickly if they ever had injury issues like Barkley.
I'm not completely bearish on Moss. I think he's looked much better this year than last. But it would have been nice if AJ Dillon had fallen to that pick. He's my favourite out & out thumper in the league ATM.A Singletary extension 100% depends on the cost to us. If it's reasonable, then fine by me. Anything approaching market value? Buh-bye.
And I totally agree about drafting RBs often in later rounds. It's kinda like the goalie position in the NHL: Draft 1 a year (more realistically, 3 over every 4 years) and hopefully you hit a mega home run every so often and a solid double on one every 4 years.
Singletary is that solid double. Cook could be. Moss seems like an infield single that probably should have been an out.
I think Miami wins, but it'll be interesting to see how their O does against a (Im assuming) relatively healthy defense.Anyone else already getting pumped up for tonight's Bengals-Dolphins game?
Before the year, I would have guessed I wanted the Dolphins to win this, but I think after last weekend, I got to pull for the Bengals now. I think they win, but with their offensive line, I wouldn't wager money on it.
Bengals are wearing the all white drip, they will win by 50I think Miami wins, but it'll be interesting to see how their O does against a (Im assuming) relatively healthy defense.
I have a feeling their pass rush will cause problems for Burrow given how well they got to Allen early in. Im assuming the Dolphins O does well. Theyll have their splash plays, but can they sustain drives? They struggled with that against Buffalo.
Those things look really dope and I am usually a traditionalist when it comes to unisBengals are wearing the all white drip, they will win by 50
If you think Miami wins this one, it's gonna be an uphill climb to catch them with the schedule they have upcoming: @ Jets, Vikings, Steelers, @ Lions, @ Bears, Browns, Texans - they'll be favored to get to 11-0 with that stretch if they get past this week while we play @ Chiefs, Packers, and @ Ravens in that stretch...they're getting all the average/slightly above average teams at home and the actually bad teams on the road (although I guess it's possible the Lions are decent this year)I think Miami wins, but it'll be interesting to see how their O does against a (Im assuming) relatively healthy defense.

I am. I don’t want Miami at 4-0.were rooting for Cincy tonight, right ?
I view the Bengals and Dolphins as similar tier teams (Bengals slightly better). Never really bought into the Bengals hype. They went on a nice run because their pass rush hit a crazy level last post season, which I didnt think theyd replicate this season.I think the Dolphins are a fraud. I expect the Bengals to walk them.
I've been outside prepping the homestead for Ian, while my son was grilling, so I come back in for dinner, check email, etc., and this board and read this post above. Admittedly I've had a couple beers. So my first thought was "Matt Barkley makes $7.2M?"I do not know if you can retain in NFL trades like you can in the NHL.
The Bills have less than $1.5M in cap space.
Barkley has a $7.2M cap hit and it is all base salary with him being a UFA after the season. There would be roughly $3.5-4M in remaining cap hit at the trade deadline.
Add in all the injuries and the probable need for some cap space to address injuries throughout the season and I just doubt this is something that Beane makes work.
Miller on the other side helps, but he does look like he going to be a very solid player us.He is becoming a star player before our eyes this year
Yeah, all the time in the world to throw, he steps onto it, and horribly underthrows it.Terrible throw by Tua leads to an INT
