Since NBC started SNF in 2006, the Browns, Raiders, Bills, Bucaneers, and Rams have only appeared once. I only remember when the Rams played Seattle for the NFC west.

I remember each game.

The Bills got killed by the Pats in 2007.

Browns lost to the Steelers early in 2008. Ugly game IIRC.

Bucs beat the Seahawks in 2008.

I definitely remember a Rams/Giants game several years ago. Long enough that Bradford was their QB

That was on MNF, I believe. Week 2 2011.

Bills got flexed into the SNF game the year the Pats went 16-0. Bills were 5-4 and everyone witnessed the Pats put up a clown pounding (putting up 56)
