This is the weak you reach them on most of them.

It’s huge for your locker room even in a losing season

Why is a free agent going to sign if the owner prevents players from reaching a bonus. Bonuses can be like a massive chunk of a players salary

I said it on Bengals forums but they should have just traded Higgins for picks last off-season and invest the picks on both sides of the LOS. Now they are going to lose him for nothing and overpay Chase.
