That's where the GM/Scouts/coaches show how capable they are. Can they find players on day 2 and 3 of the draft and can the coaches coach up the younger players. Rams did a great job over the past couple of seasons of rebuilding the team post selling of draft pick.

Raiders need stabilty. No issues with moving off Pierce, but they need to get themselves a good solid coach. And I hope Telesco is a capable GM. See what he does at the draft this season. Day 1 and 2 picks in Bowers, Powers-Johnson, Glaze have played well this season. Day 3 guys, not much action.

Will need to nail the 2025 draft.

See what he does with the remainder of the Zeigler draft picks. Do they need Mayer with Bowers? Or will they run 2TE sets more next season? Do they believe in Wilson?

And to go 0-6 vs the Division is just brutal.
