Would take a lot to end up with a really high draft pick, but the Bears have a really tough schedule remaining.
On the other hand, at some point Eberflus will run out of hilarious ways to lose games, so who knows.
Tanking in NFL is stupid talk. Coaches get fired after bad seasons.
53 man roster always turns over. Can be low in which 40 or so return as you add new draft picks and a couple of free agent signings or PS guys make the main roster next season.
The teams that had bad records, likely half that 53 man roster is getting turned over. So, very few players are going to see that benefit of a higher draft pick.
Take the Raiders, the guys who would see the benefit of a tank are: Crosby, Wilkins, Bennett on D, with Powers-Johnson, Bowers, Glaze, and then maybe Mayer and Parham. Basically, anyone who isn't a lock to get a good legit contract offer from LV has no benefit. Those who have done well enough to get a good deal on the open market, like a Moehrig, Spillane, Deablo, Hobbs, etc. may want to go elsewhere.
