As for part 1. Running back production isn’t in the top 20 problems this year…and we have ample proof they can lose just fine with Barkley…who wouldn’t be having this season there. He never did. Because you don’t have to worry about literally anything else in NY.

Stats didn’t matter last year. Lamar got the award for finishing first while being woefully statistically behind others. Should he get it for better stats now if the team finishes fifth or sixth? Especially with Henry having like…about as good a case as anyone on the same offense? Last year’s award says otherwise.

Lamar Jackson was Baltimore's leading rusher in 2023. Yep. That guy who throws like he does also lead the league's best rushing attack in yards last year.

He was the MVP. Most influential player in the league. Allen's right behind him and just as important.

Sure. But last year happened. He won an award over a guy who finished the two seed with FIFTEEN more TDs, a higher completion percentage. More yards passing and rushing…and for all they want to make out of picks…to a guy whose offense had less drives end in QB turnovers and punts than Baltimore. Literally…less drives that ended in giving the ball to the other team.

So I don’t care if he breaks every NFL record in history this year. Standard has been set. Literally by this guy.
