Honestly, as a Canucks fan, I feel like considering the situation, the Oilers are now the favorite of this series and the pressure is on them, to be honest. I'm certainly not expecting much, and kind of haven't since Demko went down.

As well as Silovs has played, who knows how exposable he is by a team that actually knows what they're doing offensively, and the team definitely plays more conservatively in front of him/DeSmith, limiting their offensive ability.
Hey. It's playoff hockey. You catch a hot streak who knows how things can go.

Also Vancouver is no slouch. They made is this far.

Hoping for a return to our regularly scheduled programming of the Canucks not playing hockey like a bomb is about to detonate in the back of the opponents net.

The Nucks swept the season series so it's only fitting that the Oilers sweep the post-season series

Nothing against Vancouver but this is fast 4-0 or 4-1. Only Nashville and Saros' super series would have made this interesting.

Vancouver
Canucks are the clear underdogs in this series. No one in the media is going to pick them against the “Cup or Bust” Oilers.

I do feel like it’s just going to be one of those things where the Oilers have already paid their dues in the playoffs. Canucks are playing with house money.

Lol. Nashville played a hell of a defensive system, the oilers suck defensively. One team played playoff hockey and won, the other feasted on a team that couldn't stop a beachball.
The oilers were terrible on D and the nucks will expose these losers.
You're acting like everyone didn't just watch how shitty Vancouver looked.

Both teams will now play someone who can actually score which is nice. Hoping for some barn burners. No suffering through 1-3-1 here.

Mostly unknown but rumour is he could be back by the late 2nd round

That will be a huge boost and advantage for Vancouver if he plays in this series. In the meantime that canucksbbackups have been buying him time really well.

I’ll say Oilers in 7 and probably a few games pond hockey games like the battle of Alberta a few years ago. A healthy Demko could be the difference here though.
