I didn't know you were Italian Alisa...
With that game, Jeff Schultz is now eligible to have his name on the Cup
So how many teams in history have made 3 straight conference finals since the NHL moved to the 16 team playoff format?
Not many I'd imagine. I know Colorado and Detroit have both done it. Those were both dynasty teams.
If you go back to the 80's then you are probably looking at the Oilers and the Isles. But it's a short list indeed.

Woohoo!
Ah yes, how could I forget about those teams?
Islanders actually went to 5 straight conference finals. Oilers made the conference finals 3 straight times on 2 separate occasions.
Kings
Islanders
Avalanche
Red Wings
Oilers
The only 5 teams to ever make 3 straight Conference Finals since the 16 team playoff format. All of those teams won multiple Stanley Cups, except the Kings.
This!! And a record of 6-0 in game 7's
Whats Carters record is game 7's?[/
4-0
1 in 2008 vs Caps in Phlly and 3 with the Kings
Gabby , Richards and Williams are now 6-0

I'm an Islanders fan, but I've enjoyed watching the leafs for quite some time and was just working on something very similar to that avatar for a background. Came to your forums to see some common theme for your playoffs to try and incorporate that and stumbled upon that avatar.
Sorry if this isn't appropriate for this thread.
On topic, it was nice to see the Kings end the series strong and not have a nail biter. After all the stress from earlier rounds and somewhat in this round, you guys deserved it.
