No. The coach knows his goalie. People who've watched the Preds know their goalie. He's a choke artist. Pulling him when down 4-0, as you suggested earlier, does nothing. The game is over by then. It was clearly the right move because the Preds immediately responded with a goal. We've got a game now.

Don’t let the game get too far out of reach (ie Andersen/Game 7 vs Chicago, fell behind 4-0, Boudreau didn’t go to Gibson when it was still a game).

How could it be necessary to pull your starter so soon? The only reason would be if he was hurt or sick, but then why start him in the first place? Star goalies should be able to toughen up after two goals; this is odd.

Jets need to play harder in the 2nd. I have a feeling 2 goals will not be enough tonight. They kinda let up after the 2 goal gift lead. Nashville are a great team and they will not go easy until there are triple zeros on the clock.

Nashville already made the refs look stupid once, tried a second time, and now they're probably gunshy because the Preds wanna just dive around.

Why? I don't know but they do it none the less.

My guess is that the PA guys first name is Paul, but that's just supposition.

This game is far from over despite the terrible start for Nashville. Still can go either way. Luck and bad luck have a way of evening out.

Jets got to earn it in the last 2 periods. They got their luck already with the 2 soft goals.
