A lot of attention is put on McDavid by the opposition. No McDavid out there, then Draisaitl would not score at the rate he is right now.

He has 13 goals in 7 playoff games and 1 period. Did Gretzky, Lemieux or teammates of Gretzky and Lemieux ever do this, also when scoring was higher in the NHL? His play is undeniably historically good.

I think it’s closer than you want to admit. Tkachuk might score more points on the oilers than Drisaitl has.
