Like I've been saying almost all year, what Dean does with those two albatross contracts will tell us a lot about the long term expectations of this team, if he is to stubborn to get rid of atleast one of them this team is going to be financially challenged to compete

What's the second albatross contract you refer to?

Losing to Chicago is now a choke?

I'll make sure to be on here for every single game from now on to satisfy you. I'll take results over performance any day of the week, are we the Canucks? Moral victories?

Chicago destroyed them. Blues aren't a good team, don't tell me you also think the Blues have good offense, and loads of playoff performers too right?

Most coaches actually care about performances, not only results. Why else was the line up changed in Game 3/4. Gotta open your eyes man. The homerism is just too strong in your posts.

Weren't you reaming out Sutter for changing the lines after the game? Hilarious.

Game 3 was pivotal. If the Kings won, the series would most likely be done. Instead they absolutely mailed it in for two extremely important games and will now go down 3-2.

Matchups aren't even close: Getz outplaying Kopi, Perry over Gabb, SmithPel over Brown, Gibson over Quick, Maroon over Williams, Fowler over Doughty, choose anybody over Richie...on and on. Oh even Big Bruce takin it to Daryl

It's hard to control momentum and pace when you're a two team line playing against four line team. It's nearly impossible. Momentum is huge, and we never get it with our bottom 6 being so weak and slow with pace.

Brown.

And while I tend to agree with SFKingsHomer that Brown still may bounce back (there is zero hope for MRichards). Dean is really rolling the dice, because if he doesn't move him this year and he has a repeat performance of this season in 14-15 he is untradeable unless the Kings take back an equally bad contract.

I hope Brown is back and Richards is gone
I could sort of live with Richards back and Brown gone (although would majorly disagree)
Both back would be very poor roster management by DL.

The "big physical Kings" is a ****ing myth holdover from 2012 when we'd pin teams in with our forecheck and no one had it scouted yet. Those days are long gone.

Sutter has been abysmal this season with lineup decisions all the way down the lineup and his utter failure to STICK WITH A WINNING FORMULA going into game three is one of the worst coaching blunders I've ever seen.

Yeah because we won with them even though we got outplayed. I want the Kings to win. I never said it was a smart move, but it's logical. Something you're not getting right now. You make it sound like I said the kings out played the ducks the first two games. They didn't. Read.

That's what I thought. Really, though, I don't think Brown is going anywhere, and I can live with Brown. He'll probably manage 20 goals a few more times, so there's that. Richards is deteriorating much faster, and he's no more than a decent fourth line center at this point.

In the past our third and fourth lines would go out and hammer the opp and gain or maintain momentum, now they can't catchem or aren't interested.

We've needed at least two defenseman since the season started (we all knew Greene and Mitchell would be gone) and I think Carter should be the #2C. I've also said we needed to retool the bottom six with at least two new players. Perhaps minor wasn't the best word, but that was posted in haste.

I agree...it's easier to get a top 6 winger than center, so put Carter there for good.
Pearson and Toffoli are ready and should never see the AHL again.

Bottom 6 is crap. There is some hope in Manch with Shore and Andreoff. But definitely retool the bottom 6.

So you do take results over performance? Good to know, I think you need to read before agreeing with my points accidentally. Have a beer, ya need one. Tired of taking up the thread with this. I'm done here, you're welcome to your opinion.

I don't think you understand anything I'm saying, just because I want the Kings to keep the same line up doesn't mean I thought they were good. What's so hard for you to understand? I want the Kings to win, even when they don't deserve it. I want the Kings to win because they deserve it. Do you understand how??? Or is that too complicated to.

Is has been said that people in the Kings organization felt they would have beat Chicago lost year if Mitchell was healthy. We better all hope they don't feel the same way this year with Regehr and Mitchell out and refuse to make the necessary changes
