f***, they had it.

Joshua penalty was borderline but he's got to be smarter than that. Didn't really like his game tonight.

Thought they should have challenged Josi plowing Silovs.

Sucks they have to travel back to Nashville. Have a feeling this is going 7.

Ugh.

Every other god damn team gets home ice advantage reffing except us. The way the third was called was infuriating to watch. One call because the Preds were behind, nothing while we were behind, and clear & obvious holds/trips were just ignored. Literally 50% fewer opportunities this series despite even o-zone and shot attempts, fing ridiculous.

Team needs to figure out their transition game, because its completely stifling their offense. Dumping and chasing plays exactly into the Preds hands, particularly with how awful our forecheck has been. They need to find a way to get through the neutral zone with possession and speed.

Bummer.

Too bad stoney can't do anything with five plus grade A looks, none of the other forwards could score either though.

Were it not for that miracle comeback in Game 4, this would be going back to Nashville with the Predators up 3-2.

Mikheyev-Pettersson-Hoglander is like putting a black hole with a brain fart and a cloud. There's f***ing NOTHING THERE.

Even if the refs were shit, and they were, the Canucks have been incapable of finishing. Can't eek out wins just scoring 1 goal. Yes the context of the goalie interference matters and the consistent non-calls - but the team needs to find a way to convert. Saros has made some good saves but he just needs to be average so Nashville can score on random point shot deflections.

We can never just put a team away can we? Every time, 6 games, 7 games, 6 games, 7 games....f*** I want to see us just kill a team for a change and sweep somebody or take them out in 5. That sucked.

Series could just as easily be 3-2 Preds.

Need to get EP off this team this off season. No questions asked. Dude is a heartless loser.

He is not injured.

I really just can't get on board with blaming the refs or even being mad about not challenging the goal.

Those are the type of things you get upset about in a hard fought, close series, where every inch matters.

This should be a 4-1 series win for the Canucks, the Predators are not a good team.

Miller, Pettersson, Hughes and Boeser should be lighting these guys up. Look at what the Avs did to the Jets.

The truth is, the Canucks will scrape by this round and get absolutely dumpstered in Round 2. And it has nothing to do with losing Demko to injury.
