I would LOVE to be a Kings player and have him ask me, "What did you see?" I'd respond, "Well, I see a jackass."
The passing back and forth is fine if the forwards circle back and allow the whole team to attack with speed as a five-man unit. When the defenders did that to establish possession in the last period, the forwards all went and stood around in the neutral zone. It's not surprising a Blues team that pressures a lot up the ice would pick off those passes.The Kings spend too much time dicking around with the puck, which helps the Blues fore check out. When the Kings sit back and pass to each other back and forth from side-to-side or struggle to get the puck out from one of their wingers, they're going to get caught and it's going to result in turnovers. They have to be smarter and react quickly. The top line really struggled with those plays in the 1st.
