Not that its a problem, support who you want, but people when drunk are idiots, that goes for every fan base.

When the Oilers played the Flames I was sitting in the nosebleeds at the saddledome and flames fans next to me showed up and they had their knuckles taped like they were looking for a fight.

Edmonton is SIGNIFICANTLY better than LA.


But....

Nurse just barely avoided a 5+ on a hit from behind where a Kings player slid into the boards head first. Thankfully not enough force to get called, but if it's a little harder or he goes in more awkwardly, you're looking at a suspension.



Just play up and down hockey like you're out for a smooth skate and burn down the clock.

The next game won't be the same, but just get to it as quickly as humanly possible.

I have a very healthy respect for many LA King's. It was a bad start for them but they are better than this. I've also been mocked steadily for this but Rittich is over .920 this season. Try him! He's a huge part of why they made the playoffs.

But guys like Doughty, Kempe, Arvidson, Byfield and Danault are all excellent players. This won't be a sweep. At least 6 games IMO. Look at the Leafs and their comeback after Game 1 tonight and that was without 98 point Nylander!

Lol I was making a joke because I see so many posts downplaying assists mcdavid gets then same people say only reason his teammates score so much is because he bounces the puck off them into the net.

I get that.

I find the people who downplay the 70 goal mark as something to be flippant about.

I truly believe they're the 2 best players in the league, one is significantly the best offensive player, the other is just so good all over the ice and finishing the plays himself.


I know there's supposed to be some sort of envious rivalry there, but I love watching McDavid and Draisaitl dummy teams....especially McDavid.

Their problem is they dont have any true gamebreakers right now, so if they're forced to move off the structure they adhere to, its usually not a good night.
