Vegas playing the simple game. They almost never try for a controlled zone exit or controlled zone entry. They break the cycle and flip it out. As a 5 man unit they choke the ice and that's why they are where they are (WCF). They do this type of game really well.

It's Wheeler, he was probably already falling the second he turned. The guy wipes out on his own all the time lol..
Well in any case it wasn't the stick that caused his fall but whatever. Could've called either side for a number of stuff so whatever. Probably overdue from Vegas as is.

has there been one playoff game without ref conspiracy theories

Haha probably not. Maybe a blowout or two.

Refs have been pretty bad this postseason though. Don't think really favoring any one team overall so not an excuse for any series but can be frustrating to watch sometimes.

Trap team. Sorry your feelings are hurt. Enjoy your last round. Party is over

You're assuming that someone who would criticize you for how you act around here must be a Vegas fan. I'm a neutral observer who's calling attention to how you try to hurt other people's feelings, as you just did again, so that you can feel more confident about your own team.

I just feel nhl refs are terrible in general.
Hurts an amazing product the way games are called.

Whats the difference between winning in 5 or 6. Stop being an asshat, talking **** because I picked the Knights in 5.
Yeah but the difference here is I'm not an humongous Jets hater who will tell that Jets have no chance to win this series when it's not true.

Reaves in an honestly player I have no problem with the guy. Pitts was stupid to give him up IMO.
He has his games where he takes dumb penalties but when he plays like tonight he's actually a very useful fourth line guy. Better than Carrier for sure. Carrier is only good for hits.

I agree. Both sides were getting away with some clear ones.
Problem throughout all of the playoff series. No consistency in calls during the games and different standards in every game. No one on any teams know what a penalty is during the game and then the standards change for the next game in the series. NHL needs to find a way for consistent officiating in games.

Blows me away with some of the stuff they don’t call. Myers “punch” and what looked like a clear trip on Morrissey being the most obvious.
Default excuse is "its the playoffs" but that tripping call was as soft as feather down. Call the obvious shit if you must make calls.

Seems like a problem in all major sports though really. Football, Baseball, Basketball, Soccer, and hockey. It's tough to get perfection out of the human element. But it's frustrating all the same.

Carrier is also more skilled with the puck than Reaves (doesn't say all that much) and tends to be more tenacious, as well.
