Kuemper on ice for practice does he start ? Probably should if he can. Far too leaky for my liking.

Would I start Francous - yes and let Kuemper start scf

As long as the defense keeps at it game 4 should be interesting. I predicted sweep so I'm all in for it but it should be a blood bath.

Francous should start the next game. Darcy is a streaky goaltender, you don't want him there when he's got that mental block activated like it looked recently. Let him reset after the team advances.

I’d want Kuemper to try to regain some mojo in a game that only quasi-matters. Maybe reduced pressure allows things to click back into place.

That’s assuming he’s healthy. If he isn’t 100%, start Frankie.

I'd go with Francouz until there's a reason not to.

You start Franky for sure in game 4. Even if the long term plan is to bring back Darcy, Francouz has gotten the Ws this series.

He’s gotten the team to be up 3-0 (regardless of how key to those Ws he was) so he deserves a shot to close out the series.

This isn't the time to experiment and do favors for players. The Avs are all in and Francouz has clearly been the superior goaltender in these playoffs.

Edmonton's strength is offense, oilers are not a defensive or defnese first team. Oilers haven't gotten their offensive game going expect perhaps the 1st game of the series. Avs adjusted to take away neutral zone speed game of the oilers.

Oilers gotta find ways to dump and recover pucks quickly; so far I haven't seen oil do anything different offensively. THey are doing the same thing again and again and its not working. Avs on theother hand are content if oilers want to keep on donig the same thing again and again offensively though
Shut down McDrai and they are done. Kings and Flames couldn’t contain McDavid.

I think we need Kuemper’s upside next series. Getting him going now isn’t for him, it’s for us.
Having seen Darcy play many games for both my team and then beyond. I think he does better if given a reset rather than letting him play through. Once that mental block starts, you keep feeding him games, that mental block grows.

He sits for a while, then comes back, if he makes a few saves early, he quickly regains confidence again.

He's not a guy who I trust to play through mental mistakes.

I feel it's best for both him AND the Avs, to sit him until next series at this point.

I said before the series that Edmonton would be exposed by a real contender in Colorado and that the only reason they have made it to the conference finals is because they came out of a tissue-soft division and I got flack for that. Well, lo and behold, now they are down 3-0.

I voted Colorado in 5 games... now I am not even sure it reaches game 5.
