Really glad this is a better album than the last one for Animals as Leaders.

Just a side thing, kinda surprised it got a higher review (slightly) on Pitchfork than Wet Leg.

Just really getting into Mogwai's 2021 gem As the Love Continues. It's their best album in years, though it seems like I need to re-visit 2017's Every Country's Sun.

Midnight Flit is instantly classic Mogwai.

And Ritchie Sacramento is somehow Mogwai's most conventional song ever but for them their most daring and it works:

Edit: And here's a great set circa-ECS just for the hell of it:

Chuck Fletcher's kind of music............Heil Das GrossDeutchland!

First time I heard this.....I said Wow! Nazi music.....but according to them they hate all forms of government, but half the band comes from GDR......so yeah.....I can see it.....

I think their most famous/popular song is "Du Hast".......but this song is so scary in connotation. The lyrics in English say otherwise. Maybe......but the video and the Leader Ant.........I dunno......

I'd have considered sawing off a foot to be able to see this live and meet him backbackstage.

Watch Danny Elfman Play the Hits at Coachella
Saw Oingo Boingo in 1981, with the Police, the Specials and the Gogos(their first tour).. Great show, but tough day since it was late August, and they didn't have enough concessions and water. It was the only concert held at the old Liberty Bell racetrack in Philly.

This is the second time that you've mentioned this show and I've been jealous both times. I wasn't even in Kindergarten yet, but that must have been amazing.
