Therriens been using him in more of a checking shut down role, rather than an offensive role.

Eller has been one of the best possession forwards on this team during the awful run. He has no place on a dumb and chase team though except to play physically, so he's going to take penalties unless you support neutering him like this team has been doing with everyone lately.

Everyone on this team is garbage offensively right now, including Eller.
