Torts is getting seriously out-coached.
hmmm...I've never heard that before...
Torts is getting seriously out-coached.
but if you add them then thats one damn good period![]()
the way this team plays defense you'd think we had one of the worst goalies in the league and were trying to make up for it
but we have one of the best in the game
so why cant we play an aggressive defense pressuring guys at the point, trying to force mistakes and create offense the other way, i just dont ****ing get it.

Positives:
Season over in 20 minutes and don't have to watch this team anymore.
Collapsing D against teams that feature D-Men like Green or Karlsson is just lol.
Oates is using the same exact game plan as the Devils last year and once again it absolutely boggles my mind that Torts cannot make ANY adjustments on the even strength play. The guy has to go. I can't even imagine what some of you guys think of him if I want to see him fired.

It blows my mind that this doesn't get addressed. It's seriously insane.
The worst part about it is when we were really pressuring them 5-on-5, we were getting them to play Pejorative Slured and take penalties. For some reason, they stopped playing so hard in the 2nd half of the 2nd period. No rhyme or reason.
I was hoping Nash would be more of a playoff guy than Gaborik was. Not only has he not been so far, Stepan and Callahan have also been awful.
The Richards line can't hold the puck. Our only sustained pressure has come from the bottom six, and on the power play.
