Was this the darkest day in Habs history?

I don't know about the darkest day but even if we have good young players now like CC and Suz now, I look at the team and find myself feeling like they are not the Habs somehow. Maybe it's ending up last and the rebuilding or something or cause Price is not there but we are in a weird place and I fear we'll never come out of it. I think something was lost, I don't know what, the spirit, the heart whatever when Saku and Kovy left.
