And the Rangers suck. Would rather be a Sens fan, they're a vastly better team.

You say that now but I’ve been watching 7-8 years of unbearable hockey and this team is still .500

Not out of the woods yet.

Sens played well this game but Rangers will dominate their games.

Not many teams can have an “off” night and still win games. You guys are lucky.

I’d go Lindgren-Schneider and Jones-Trouba next game for the bottom two pairs.

It’s quite clear that the current bottom two pairs are an issue and to me the main culprit to the recent struggles. Neither pair can reliably move the puck up ice and very importantly both of these pairs give up the blue line like that’s the goal.

Free zone entries every time either pair is on the ice and it leads to extended time turning and chasing and extra skating which leads to more D zone time which leads to more defending which tires you out and leads to breakdowns and all the shots and chances against. It’s quite clear.

I've been saying this for years, I don't know why we don't have a bumper player to ease pressure off the boards in our own zone. For us, it's literally panic ring around the boards each time hoping it's topped by our player, which, if it is, it's an automatic turnover and taking back in the neutral zone and it comes right back in. The only way we get clean breakouts is if the other team is literally changing.

We're a better team without Lindgren.
