Mr ManBody signed his 3 year ELC with Minnesota today and should be in the lineup versus Nashville tomorrow.

man, another kid coming straight from the NCAA to a playoff hunt.

Donato, Terry, Borkstrom, Greenway, likely Gambrell as well all coming in to playoff teams...can't recall this many making the jump before..

plus names like Sikura, Gaudette, Stevens, Mittlestadt, all turning pro- tons of talent leaving the NCAA ranks this year

Surprised this kid isn't generating more discussion, perhaps the most quiet PPG player in the league at this point...
He’s been great, coming into his own as a PWF, not very flashy but very effective. He’s really starting to use his size and speed to get into the danger areas and drive the net. There’s a bit of skill there as well. I think he’s worth giving more ice time to, will eventually lock down a permanent top 6 role.

Yeah, Greenway is playing the best hockey of his young career. Coming into the season I was thinking that there is a good chance that he would be left exposed for the expansion draft or traded just prior to it. Now I'm thinking that if he continues playing like he is, Guerin is going to have to protect him from Seattle.

Point/game and he plays the PK too. Becoming a solid all around player.

I’m not sure he has 1st line potential but I’d rather move/lose Dumba.

Guerin, a guy who knows a thing or two about being a power forward, challenged him at the end of last year to start taking his career seriously. He took it to heart, and worked out hard all summer. It shows...he used to have a good game, or period, or shift, then become invisible, but this year he has been very present in almost every game. I think it's partly because he is in much better shape, and partly because he has been stapled to JEE, who has also upped his game. Between the two of them they are a terror on the forecheck, and if you add in Foligno then they really bring the pain, and cause a lot of pucks to be coughed up.

Greenway has decent hands and vision, but his game is always going to be about his enormous size, reach, and willingness to use it. This year the willingness is there, as is his conditioning.
