Injury Report: Vilardi Injury - Out Week to Week

I have to wonder if Vilardi will be a plus or minus over Iafallo ? Gabe is not the 2 way defensive player that Iafallo is, but Gabe has better scoring hands, and a lot better.

I wonder which player would suit the Jets better, for playoff hockey? As we know, playoff hockey is a lot tighter, and more defensive.

We are way better off with Vilardi playing than not . What this did show with Vilardi's injury is Iafallo can definitely move up the lineup if we need him to .

Nope , Names fits in well there .

Villardi works well with KC and Scheifele. We don't know if his absent has something to do with slight drop of production from the 2 pace for the year.

2nd line is good also Perfetti Names and Ehlers

Good point, and moving Vilardi to center Ehlers and Perfetti May work really well. Thought of that as well.

I also think Names does a good job in that position.

FWIW a guy i work with who deals with Vilardi on the promotional side of the business i work at, was told by Vilardi that he will be ready for the playoffs. Here's hoping.

Gabe is more Fragile than Nik so any games we can get out of either player in the playoffs will be a bonus. Injuries are certainly a part of the grind. I am “hoping” to see both of them in the playoffs at some point.
