Even if we did a full tank and rebuild, there's no guarantees we'll draft another player like Hughes.

I’d give away Hughes for free if it meant a proper SJ style rebuild.

Demidov's play on the first goal was incredible, he pretty much created it and Newhook finished it. Knocked an entry pass between his legs on the fly to pick it up, stopped on the wall to let the defence shape up, then accelerated from a stop and drove behind the net and delivered a perfect pass to the slot.

Or they explore a trade down. Be it Buf, Mon , Bos, etc that would have moved up with Van passing on tkachuk. All of the D were ranked fairly close.
