OT: Video Games VI

Liking hogwarts legacy so far, one of my only real complaints is the facial/mouth movements when characters are talking, sometimes it's decent at syncing with their voices, other times its english dubbed godzilla levels of bad. That and the lifeless unchanging expressions at times.

LA Noire was a game that did facial animations perfectly and that came out over a decade ago

And if me or you left review bombs on games we haven’t even played we’d be pathetic, like people do to any media with the slightest “political” content.

Just read the user reviews. It’s full of homophobic, sexist bull crap. And people have been on this ever since Ellie was revealed to be gay.

Started playing the new Zelda with my kid. Which means she plays on our big family room TV and I help her with instructions and look up youtube walk throughs for her.

I do not get to actually touch the controller.

I also read out loud the dialogue .. in character voice. Which was funny and fun at first .. but ho le chit that was a lot of in-character dialogue reading for the first few hours.

I've been playing the last of us part 1. I die a LOT. It seems like I need multiple attempts for most encounters. Playing on moderate difficulty, so I can always turn the difficulty down, but it hasn't come down to that quite yet.

Same here. Not sure why, but I can't get headshots as much as in other games. Mass Effect, borderlands, and other games I get them from far away. Here It seems it takes longer to aim and I miss from 2m lol

And it takes forever to reload. Almost seems like it takes extra long when they're coming after you.
