Got a ROG Ally for Christmas. Going to christen it with Mad Max. Heard good things about it.

How’s that thing work? Does your computer have to be on? Do you have to be connected to the same network?

@FLYguy3911 In case you were unaware (like I was) if you wait until the 25th the full team will be available in packs so you don’t need to pick which group you want to try to get.

And then I think the honorable mentions start on the 26th.

The game is so sick you can't even go through your packs you saved up because there is a limit you can see on console. You have to physically turn the system down and open the ones you want to open on the web app.

Yeah, I only learned that a few days back.

I did the draft token SBC but I have 100 packs saved, so of course the only one I wanted to open was buried. I checked the app as a last resort, not expecting it to work, but yup. Kinda like how the only way you can recover discarded players is through the app. But only 5 times every 30 days…

I opened small packs to get enough fodder to complete the 83x5 midfielders SBCs.

I think the game is broken though lol.

edit: what a scam the attackers packs were. One 86 out of 4. Rest 84s and 83s.

I opened small packs to get enough fodder to complete the 83x5 midfielders SBCs.

edit: what a scam the attackers packs were. One 86 out of 4. Rest 84s and 83s.

I opened like 25 of 100 and I got absolutely nothing except duplicates.

Now I got the 87+ icon from the final season level and I can’t even open it.

I refuse to do it on the app because I want the theatrics of the opening and ability to clip it if I get something good.

Lies of P was on sale, and I bought it because I have no willpower or self control.


Holy shit is it good. The setting is amazing, the gameplay is so smooth, and it is scratching that itch for a Soulslike game better than any other I've played (outside of Fromsoft, obviously. Still waiting on that Elden Ring DLC...)


I highly recommend anybody who is into the genre check it out.

Normally movie games blow. This is not one of those games. It's not innovative in any way but is just solid as hell. The type of game you'll come back to once in a while to replay just because it's not overly complicated and fun to bomb around an open world in your freshly upgraded death car and then stop to give guys Batman-style beatdowns as needed.

Yup, it's basically a handheld PC. Runs a version of Windows , so Steam, Game pass, PS through chiaki.

It just looks like a proper piece of kit.

Flashback Davies is the first big player SBC I'm doing (only 7 squads) and I'm already dangerously low on fodder. Almost temped to buy a pack.

I can't imagine how you managed to do all those insane SBCs. Where the hell did all those cards come from?

I wanna do him, but I have Havertz and I have to find a way to get him on full chem. Still gotta finish up Eusebio and see what other SBCs they drop.

I did Mbappe mostly during the black Friday promo. I did every objective and every upgrade SBC. Recycled every dupe. Had to sacrifice some other SBCs in the process. And my coin balance.

Make sure you do those 10 and 30 coin packs they release periodically. I got a double walkout yesterday lol.

I also got this in my preview pack yesterday. He sucks but that's 85k. First preview pack I bought all year.

Damn, nice one. Yeah, that 30 coin pack is insane. I got 90 gold Kane yesterday and I saw two people get TOTYs from it.

But yeah, that Mbappe was expensive as hell but at least you can keep it in your team until the end of the game if you want. Even if only as a super sub. That’s why I’m doing Davies: Bundesliga, 99 pace, 90 dribbling, and decent size make him perfect for my team. I’m still using his gold card, so this will be a huge upgrade.

The Mad Donkey boss is quite the skill check in Lies of P. Ran through the early part of the game and was thinking it was kinda easy until this lol. Gotta take a frustration break haha

He reminded me a bit of Father Gascoigne from Bloodborne in that he's the first enemy you encounter that has a similar moveset to you. I don't know if I'm actually getting better at these kinds of games or if I got lucky, but I beat him on my first try lol
