OT: Video Game Thread Part VIII

  • Xenforo Cloud will be upgrading us to version 2.3.5 on March 3rd at 12 AM GMT. This version has increased stability and fixes several bugs. We expect downtime for the duration of the update. @Striiker Got 9 wins in a speed run. I’ve been 6-6 after 12 games the three times I’ve played WL. :laugh:

Got a few friend requests along the way too lol (I turned messages off because I am on the verge of getting banned).

Nice. Same record for me. Pulled it back from 3-5, thankfully.

Sorry, but that trade is off because TOTW Theo was the clear MVP this weekend. Bruiser+ on him is insane. Run parallel, hold A (or X on PS) to shoulder tackle, and you get the ball every time. Insane.

Friend requests?! :laugh: Almost getting comm banned is definitely understandable but PS must be very different from Xbox if people are trying to add you adding you after games. I get hate messages or nothing.

Do you use advanced defending?

If you have messages turned off on PS they need to be your friend to send you a message so they will try to add you (repeatedly) to send them that way.

Just a couple of rats with Mbappe and Vini scared to attack so they just played the ball around the back for a half hour, conceded, and then didn’t like when I returned the favor to close out the game. The press sucks this year. You can hold on to the ball forever if you want to.

And yeah, the press is beyond horrendous.

Did you do the One Nation friendlies objective(s)? Those are like 5k.

Match making was surprisingly kind in friendlies tonight. I went 10-1 and my German team is absolute buns (My Italy squad is stacked though lol).
