Frolunda will love it.

We'll see. I thought the problem with his game this year was actually less D and almost no offence. He wasn't getting to open areas for shots. The guy just wasn't skating and seemed endlessly worried about making a big play, which made him useless. I don't see why he can't play 12 to 15 minutes a game somewhere and be a PP specialist.

There is so little battle in his game that he rarely wins pucks. That means the rest of the line has to transition the puck and win it if it's contested AND get it to him in a scoring area. When he had his hot January in '22-23, part of it was Mitts doing a lot of the lifting in both directions.

This year, the lack of quickness to get to openings and the lack of battle just left him with no open ice. It was like the worst parts of the last days of Jason Pominville.

Vegas lost some PP pop with Marchessault leaving. If they can replace some of that on the cheap? Fine. If Holtz is better, then they stash Vic in Henderson until the inevitable LTIR stuff and he gets NHL time.

Hated Vic the player but Adams didn’t trade him and he didn’t bitch at all. Good solider. Best of luck
Couldn't hat him as a player he was miscast as a bottom six player because he wasn't providing the all around game that the younger guys were playing he is a top six goal scorer and his fit with tnt and cozens didn't work he suffered some of the worst years and deserves credit

He'll have a nice season for them I bet. Teams like Vegas can easily absorb a player with shortcomings like VO. Not to mention better coaching than he ever got here.

My guess is he's easily a 25+ goal guy there and might see top PP with some of the players LV lost in FA.

He got plenty of chances with Granato to succeed. He’s just not good, he’s a lesser version of Mike Hoffman.
