He has to round out the rest of his game for his shot to make it worth it, I think. Or he has to be covered by his teammates. Vegas may have the roster to better compensate for that. Devils certainly didn't.

Not the biggest Holtz guy, even pre-draft seemed like a good shot and not much else but does seem a little light for a 22 year old coming off 16G in his first full season.

Cotter is a real quality bottom 6 utility guy. Good hands and speed along with his physicality.

People need to realize that no matter how good your shot is if you can’t play a complete game , or you’re worthless away from the puck , being able to score 20 goals isn’t actually that valuable.

Wahlstrom is another one.

An elite shot can carry your to stardom in juniors . But you need more to your game than that
