Daws was the goalie of the future before Schmid was, and then Daws missed most of a season with injury and Schmid seized the opportunity (and Blackwood’s implosion) to shine. But really Daws was always the higher ceiling of the two.

I’m just sad at losing the Team Suisse status as carrying Swiss players at C, W, D and G. We need a new Swiss goalie now.
