Ok, I'll bite. The **** is a WOWY? Is that anything like an OWWY?

With Or Without You's. They're a really useful context tool to put raw corsi/goal share numbers into perspective.

Stats of how players do with him versus how they do without him.

Everyone gets worse when taken away from him, basically.

That makes a lot of sense. Would you mind pointing me to the where I could check those out?

stats.hockeyanalysis.com has them.

on the home page you filter however to get to players standard stats. then you can click on a player from there and it will take you to their page and at the top there will be a big menu for where you can click on their WOWYs for any one year or any number of cumulative years.

here's the link for sekera's since 2010:

I read this wrong for the first several minutes. Then I looked up and Tampa was scoring into an empty net. Seems about right.

Russians don't play baseball so they're not used to catching things

Years ago during some downtime in Geneve at the big August festival they had carnival stuff they set up around the lake, drunk off my ass I knocked the 3, heavy lead milk bottles off the stand on my first throw with the crappy copy of a baseball they used, and the dirty, hippy-lookin' dude running the game looked at me with daggers of hate as if I'd somehow cheated and stole his weed for good measure. Anyway, I had to order him to cough up the giant, stuffed lion prize for the flight attendant I won it for and because he was being such a big baby about it, just for fun asked him for a 3 euro refund out of the 5 if he wanted his 2 unused balls back. Long story short, I got the feeling it was probably the first prize he'd given away all week, so apparently, Euros can't pitch a baseball either and have no sense of humor about people who can. Just jealous I suppose.

The 919
Tripp is so butt hurt about the "bad luck" of that goal, as if that's the reason this team is bad.

Tripp also believes the Canes keep running into hot goalies, apparently not aware of Nabokov's Sv% this season.
