I dont care much but if the owners cared they would make it a requirement that to play in the playoffs you have to be on the roster on the last day of the season, count against the cap, and the team be under the cap.

The obviously dont care cause they haven't changed it.

You have to be cap compliant until the end of the season. So yes, they would have to figure it out, but they obviously are going to not do that.
