Aquaman hates futures, let’s go all in! Lmao Canucks asset management is hilariously bad
Term. Can a Canucks fan explain why I'm seeing so many comments celebrating getting rid of the bad Desharnais and Heinen contracts and paying a premium to do so? It doesn't look like they really need to shed cap. If they were both buried, they'd be under $2M combined, and the team looks to have a substantial amount of room. What am I missing?
Do people really think the Rangers will suck next year? They have too much talent over there. That pick will prob be a mid to late 1st.Man nucks you did so well with that chytll trade with that 1st round pick attached. I'm flabbergasted why trade that 1st which could be unprotected next year. So confused.
They hit a homerun on the chytll trade with the 1st round pick and bunt foul on the pens deal for petterson. The Canucks never do anything right.
Why are Canucks doing this? Someone smarter than me please explain.
If they're going for it, why trade away JT Miller? If they're not going for it, why trade away a first round pick?
They suck this year so it wouldn’t be overly surprising if they suck next year.Do people really think the Rangers will suck next year? They have too much talent over there. That pick will prob be a mid to late 1st.
You’re much more than thatThank god I'm just a dude on a hockey forum then lol
They didn't even hit a home run there. The first rounder was the only piece that was any use. They hit a homerun on the chytll trade with the 1st round pick and bunt foul on the pens deal for petterson.
McAvoy was a 16 th overall pick. Mid round 1st picks could be lethal. List is long of how many studs get picked there. I dont like this move for nucks. I love the chytll pickup though hes gonna be solid.Do people really think the Rangers will suck next year? They have too much talent over there. That pick will prob be a mid to late 1st.
Miller had to be traded. Some bad stuff went down behind the scenes. Wasn’t salvageable. Why are Canucks doing this? Someone smarter than me please explain.

Im surprised people think this is a bad trade IMO if we re-sign Pettersson this trade is quite fair for a 6 foot 5 top 4 defensemen.
More misses than hits. You want to keep Hughes you trade for players. You wanna lose Hughes you stockpile picks.McAvoy was a 16 th overall pick. Mid round 1st picks could be lethal. I'm not missing that at all. It's even in the thread title. But they paid a high price for rentals, considering they may well be a worse trade after the team and are sitting outside of the playoffs.not a Canucks fan but your missing that they also received Marcus Pettersson and Drew O'Connor... it's more than a cap dump trade
Aren't they both up after next year? Like I said, both could be buried if needed, leaving less than $2M on the cap, and they have a ton of space next year, with not a lot of spots to fill.Term.
