I think it was in the post to which you were responding. In terms of "beautiful cities," it is OK, but no natural beauty and its non-grid layout is infuriating. It's nice, but it's cold and small, and there are bigger East Coast cities with much more to do in them.

Yeah it was, but I didn't touch on Boston at all with my response. That was why I was confused. I think you meant to quote someone else.

Exactly.

There's not much consideration for Philly really in this deal. We have players who need a change of scenery (Provorov mainly), sure - but we aren't dying to add OEL to the team.

The deal should be centered only on Provorov for Boeser, really.

I mean, as a Canucks fan...i'd rather it be a smaller, simpler deal around that too. But is that really enough to get it done?

It also creates an awkward situation with 3 big dollar LHD for Vancouver, but you can probably figure that out somehow.

I think Talent wise............people mis-evaluate OEL
When Hughes was hurt, OEL ran the PP very well, and he was a +5. and would have been even better had we had a better start to the season.........IMO, OEL is better than Provorov, but his age is worse.
which is why I added Hayes, and sent him to Boston. OEL helps any team he is on...........guaranteed. He would be a good fit in LA.
and just for reference......Edler and Doughty both are playing well, well into the 30"s. OEL is better than Edler. Quite a bit better. OEL is a solid 2/3.

Reports out of Philly are saying Provy has turned into bit of a diva. Botched about being taken off PP, even though he was terrible, only LHD not to switch over to right side and try it. Blaming teammates but never himself accepting blame.

Not sure if the source is a straight shooter though. Clarke and co have a history of leaking rumors to fit their agenda through crony beats

Yeah I wouldn't totally believe those rumors, even if Provy probably is a bit PO'd
