FWIW, I personally like Mancini a lot. He came out of absolutely no where starting in training camp and played some good hockey to start the season. He has size, can skate and can really pass the puck well. I’m hopeful that he has a long NHL career ahead of him. I personally would have much rather this been Ryan Lindgren instead of Mancini from a Rangers perspective.

Is Mancini basically another D Petey or is he better ?

If anything

It’s do or gone for EP

I still remember Mackinnon flipped a switch after Duchene got traded

One can hope
Funny how the same ppl being all tough about a Petterson trade are the same who are floored by the return of Miller and what it means. If you think that was bad, wait till you see what the hole in this team is with Petterson gone

Honestly, I was thinking this was harsh but, it’s true right now.

Until he shows us that he can play up to his potential again, he’s basically a second line centre
We’ll need management to be perfect in their trades and hit on some big free agents the next few years. Otherwise, the forwards are literal dog water.

Pettersson is not a match up center, and is too weak and slow and poor on faceoffs. There is not much true top 6 talent beyond that, just a bunch of complimentary players with no ability to drive their own offense.

I love Garland, but he has a wimpy shot and has shortcomings (hehe) that can’t quite be overcome despite his great effort.

The comment about how some Orca players are saying what a great guy Miller was and how badly he's gonna be missed, and then it became a talking point somehow that the team will be pissed/divided.

What exactly should those player have said? Oh he is a locker room cancer and a problem? No one in their right mind would say that about their former teammate who was trade just now.

Can you imagine lmfao.

YEAH HE WAS A f***ING ASSHOLE, GLAD HE'S GONE. BIG FIRST STEP IN FIXING THIS ROOM AND GETTING THIS f***ING SINKHOLE ORGANIZATION'S DISASTER OF A SEASON BACK ON TRACK.

When he is playing to his potential he is a 2 way beast.

You got one thing right. EP is never going to be good at faceoffs.

Someone needs to make a statement and wear #69.

….We don’t deserve semi good things

It’s already gone for Marcus Petersson— Horrible all round.
Dupont isn't in next year's draft. I'd say there's a chance that pick turns out to be Gavin Mckenna though. About a 1 in a million chance maybe.
Lloyd Christmas had a better shot at Mary Swanson.
