The bar is really low for defensemen on the Canucks but I have been pleasantly surprised with Bear. Easily a top 6 defenseman in this league and probably our top 4 right now. He PKs aggressively decently well and can move the puck. Makes mistakes but with the state of our defense he has been generally good
