Not being able to prove something criminal happened doesn't mean something criminal didn't happen. Not really arguing that he should be criminally charged, but the incident is very sketchy and raises eyebrows regardless.
Nuke has had three stints on AWOL since the 2023 playoffs. He’s very obviously sketchy off the ice. It’s odd because he’s such a gentleman on the ice. I say that sincerely. He’s a very clean and low profile player.

They need him.
He’s our 4th best player. And we have three of the NHLs best 10 players according to Sportsnet.

Nuke is Significantly better than Toews, Lex and Mitts. He’s invaluable. Agree.

Coke only stays in your system for a few days. You don’t get caught through testing usually you get caught in the act. I’d take every cent I own and put it on Nuke never getting caught again if i could double my money. To think she gets caught again is crazy to me with what he has on the line
He had all that on the line last time too.

QFT but I’d say ridding yourself of the people you did coke with is even more important then not drinking, although not drinking more than a few to the point of losing judgement is also a pretty big trigger. Even then, if you don’t have easy access you’re probably fine (unfortunately, probably a millionaire athlete will always have easy access).

I find it hard to believe most coke dealers want fetenyl addicts as clients. Also, the mixing issue already mentioned.
Nobody is mixing cone with fentanyl on purpose. Nobody.

It’s a byproduct of cross contamination. A small amount of fentanyl on the surface of an area where cocaine is being cut is all it takes to cause cross contamination deaths. It takes so little fentanyl to kill someone.

why are you so sure its just coke? nowadays, (i hear) many mix in trace amounts of more physically addictive agents (like Fentanyl) to really hook you both ways.... as the others noted, he has 6+ million to quit, but can't, ....maybe its more than just coke?
maybe it has nothing to do with coke at all
