Utah Outlaws would be perfect. Outlaws is the exact opposite thing I think of when it comes to Utah. But they also have the Utah Jazz. Utah is also the absolute last place I think of when it comes to Jazz music. So its fun to be ironic I guess.

It sounds like from Friedman if they go with Utah HC they are going to use a yeti as their logo and just rely on the fans to call them the yeti without actually trademarking it

But agreed that it's unique enough to do a lot with, whereas the Tide and the A's use it secondarily and in a much more limited fashion.

How Utah Hockey Club is even a finalist is beyond me. Why a team would keep a generic name is odd. Then again I said that about Washington Football Team until they changed their name to Commanders, for which I wished they kept the generic name.
Outlaws seems to be the most palatable of the remaining ones.

If they choose to be Outlaws, they should have the player profile pictures look like the old time wanted posters.

Reminds me of the BASEketball movie...
Soon it was commonplace for entire teams to change cities in search of greater profits. The Minneapolis Lakers moved to Los Angeles where there are no lakes. The Oilers moved to Tennessee where there is no oil. The Jazz moved to Salt Lake City where they don't allow music. The Raiders moved from Oakland to LA back to Oakland, no-one seemed to notice.
