I still can't get over the fact that:

1. There was no security guard to intervene.

Of course they do, otherwise 90% of the employees would "just click through it". The idea is to actually understand the concepts so you don't partake in the behavior. But hey, I'm sure someday soon "Sir" will ban that kind of training too.

At least at my company, they make the tests so braindead easy that you only need basic reading skills to pass.

Like they'll ask what something means, and then 3 of the 4 choices are describing a different part of speech.

They gave us an example where a worker was drunk and made inappropriate comments to a coworker.

The lesson of the example was "Impairment is not an excuse for inappropriate behavior."

As if there's an acceptable level of drunkenness while at work, what the f***
