I've been cutting back on drinking, trying to eat one meal a day, and lifting weights every day.

Down like 6 pounds so far.

And that's another thing I don't eat much eggs either I mean I will have small bits in fried rice but eggs for the most part are disgusting

sometimes they put sliced cooked whole eggs in ramen and it tastes foul
