damn you slow on a bike

pace by my standards has improved a good bit on the bike. i can now ride 40+ miles with an average speed of 20mph on just a normal day.

this week i dropped the pace a bit to add more volume. over the last 7 days i'm at about 140 ish miles with a combined average speed of roughly 19.8 ish. plan on going out for 60 tomorrow, with an average speed north of 20.
