I don't mind it but in the US it would not be on NBC or ABC or CBS or FOX lol

It is very rare on US TV To see this much profanity on a show that isn't on HBO or Showtime

They just hide all the cursing there

But that's why British TV is so great because it's how people actually really talk

Nobody actually says "shoot" or "frick" or "gosh darn it" like on American telly

Also I noticed something when re-watching this episode that I never noticed before

When they get back to the office, first Glen shuts the door on Olly, then he shuts it on Terri, then Malcolm shuts it on him

Excellent subtle humour

No wonder I liked this show as a kid, it looks like the most fun Chuck E. Cheese play area ever

It's why the Wire was so good dialogue wise because it was just people in the street cursing and using slang

Aaron Sorkin is the guiltiest of this.

All of his shows' dialog feels like smart-ass quips people thought up way after the fact. And no one ever laughs at any of the jokes
