However I can't watch the Korean dramas that are not fully pg since you need to go through a ridiculous process to get verified if you don't have that Korean card

in this discussion people are saying BF1 was good @Sega Dreamcast

Again going to insist 1 was alright and 5 was okay

they were not disasters but they didn't have the appeal of 4. Maybe it was the historical theme and the guns of the era. 4's guns blow 1 and 5 away

I guess an apt description of the difference between BF4 and BF1 is the same way people compare the first and second seasons of The Wire.

BF1 isn't bad, but it's too different from BF4 for my tastes.

They already had WW1 games, so trying to differentiate themselves from the futuristic theme of Call of Duty was pretty pointless.

Imagine if they had just remade Battlefield Vietnam or Battlefield 2142. Easy money

oh yeah the gas attacks

sometimes people would throw gas grenades in 1 and you would hear GAS GAS and then if you didn't put on the mask in time you were killed

The innovative thing about 1 and 5 most people don't notice is the nearby medic and respawn mechanic

when you are dying there is a list of nearby medics

when you die you can see a cam of your squadmates and respawn

it is better than choosing a point on a map (although at times I Would spawn on a teammate in BFV yesterday and it kicked me back out, saying "in combat". Well, if he's in combat, why even let me spawn there in the first place?)

I have never played MOHAA but it was regarded as widely popular in FPS circles back in the day

they put a limit to how many times you can revive in 4 (someone could be revived 20 rev, die, and there's no option to revive him, meanwhile in 2 you could revive him repeatedly)

in 2 you could all day

in 1 and 5 you still can, and in fact it's even easier as you don't have to even pull out a paddle in V and just press E over a dead guy

If BF6 has random SBMM servers like CoD it's going to suck but I'll still play it

we need the server browser and private servers

heck we even need team balance (noticeably absent in BFV)

In BF1 there is at least an option to choose the next map
