Trying to replicate the success of The Rock or Stone Cold is not going to work because those guys are one-of-a-kind transcendent talents.

For the past 20 years, they have been trying to imitate The Rock's comedy. Even if they found someone as funny as him, that person would most likely have none of the other talents that made The Rock who he was.

Even when the WWE had a guy who could be even remotely comparable to The Rock, they soured half of their audience by booking him like Superman and overpushing him for nearly 10 god damn years.
