Dreamcatcher TOL has higher rankings because you are asking a lower sample size of dedicated fans to vote. They love Dreamcatcher so they will vote them highly. It does not necessarily mean they are good.

TWICE has a wider fanbase and is more well known in the Kpop world. That means that their spread is more diverse and they have a larger sample size. While I admit the numerical value is lower, it is because of the larger size. You need to adjust for sample size. You cannot just crown TOL as AOTY based on what 300 people think.

I hate to break it to you, but the AD test wouldn't give a p-value > 0.05 (and even >0.5) if such bias were existing.
