LMAO YOU IDIOT

pre built
I did a price comparison if I had built it myself, I would have saved only ~150-200$. But also, I would have spent much more time building it and probably finding out I don't have all the required pieces. The cable management wouldn't be as good either.

Like I said, it's not a "off the shelf" PC, it's all parts that I have chosen. I can upgrade anytime I want without issue, unlike some off the shelf pre-built PCs.

Okay that 8000 dollar computer is pre built too

You pay at most 1000 max if you order the parts independently and plug them in yourself.

Except my graphics card alone cost more than that...
Why the hell would you need a fancy ass graphics card? People like you and those 3080 nerds piss me off. Unless you're getting it for free off a sponsorship deal why bother?

@John Price I explicitely told you that if I had built it myself, I would have saved 150-200 bucks at most. I compared the price for my "custom pre-built" to the prices of the individual components on Newegg.

I preferred paying that to have it done professionally instead of me spending 1-2 days building it and getting all the necessary tools to build it, and probably screwing up at some point and having to restart. And, as stated, I wouldn't have managed the cables as well, and good cable management can increase the lifespan of the components.

Then why brag about such a high end computer? I'm agreeing that someone else should do it though. When I updated my computer it wouldn't turn on remember? Because of the Bios incompatability. So I drove 30 minutes to Microcenter and they set it up for 100 dollars.

Not only did you buy a shitty pre-built but you purchased it to play shitty JRPG that aren't even graphics intensive. If you're going to blow your small paycheck you make every month on fancy computers, at least push it to the limit. Is that thing even overclocked bro?

I don't even need to overclock it to play at max settings at 60 fps at 1440p for a 3A game. Probably if I wanted to go 144 Hz, but since I don't play FPS I don't really care.

Again, it's not an Alienware or something like that. I handpicked the parts, they built it, they shipped it. There is no proprietary shit that makes it almost impossible to upgrade.
Then a computer like that costs 500.

at least you're playing an open world rpg

most jrpg are typical offline turn based bullshit

nobody cares about offline play

the most popular rpg in history were all INTERNET based. Runescape, Everquest, and WoW.
