no, i was trying to go to cloudflare (? i don't recall if that's the right one or not) out in amsterdam next month, but the company won't pay for it.

my company isn't great these days, and i'll be looking to make a move at some point. Working on further aws certs so I can be a little more prominent out there. I don't have tons of experience yet.

colorado > utah for the rest of it (my dad grew up in boulder, UT and we spent a lot of time in the salt lake and ceadar city and st. george etc) and life is much better here.

hiking is probably on par, skiing is probably better there, if nothing else just due to the amount of f***ing people here. The hills are crazy.

I’d argue the mountain biking here is better with more offerings closer to where people actually live.... but it’s great in both spots.

the snow quality here is some of the best in the world and I never wait more than literally 3 minutes to get on a chair. And night skiing.
