we've got some front end work, but mostly just copying designs from our engagement with pixel union. most everything is server-side mess and keeping up with various vendor api changes (especially ms and google, who seem to drop changes at will almost without announcement).

I've never disagreed regarding baking. Non-baking dishes can totally, for the most part, be eyeballed if you're skilled enough. You don't need to follow recipes to make dishes. All you need is inspiration.
