chug some exlax and go sit in a sauna or something
Well I have been using home made "laxatives" (ice cream with milk) in order to cleanse my body lol

See, you don't need that dumb kale me crazy fad to cleanse your body.

you totally didn't lose 7 pounds in one day
i did i promise you this

i went on the scale (as I often track weight analytics) one day and it was 160

then the next day I woke up I didn't feel like eating, so later that day I measured and it was 153

I was shocked by how this happened, I measure very often and track all this data on a spreadsheet for analytics, so how could I have lost 7 pounds in one day? I immediately attributed it to lack of calories. Since then I have avoided eating 3 meals and control my appetite. One day I had just a burger and fries for one meal, which was about 1000 cal!

I will admit, the weight loss has fluctuated since going down to 153 (goes up to 155, 157, but eventually goes back down, water weight is a bitch!) but the minimum is around 152 or 151

this is by eating barely anything all day!

yeah i struggle to understand how i lost 7 pounds in one day because the other days i've been curbing my appetite i've barely lost any weight. the pace has definitely slowed for sure to the point where I'm 151.2 today.

All I want is for my pants to fit again. I've said this repeatedly. I'm not paying 30 or 40+ for another pair of pants just because I got fat and my size 32's won't fit anymore

Mr Beast weighs more than you (so it's easier to lose weight), and even he didn't lose 7 pounds in one day at any time during his "no eating" challenge.

3-4 pounds is possible. More than that indicates that 1) your balance is f***ed up, 2) you made yourself vomit a lot, 3) you weighted 160 after eating and drinking like a pig (and therefore had a lot of fiber and water dead weight) and weighted 153 while on the brink of dehydration, 4) you have cancer or another grave disease like that, or 5) you're lying.

I'm going to opt for option 1) mixed with option 3).

Even some of the top restaurants here are so casual and relaxed since it's a tourist town that running shorts and sandals are acceptable, at least in the summer.

I use to weigh myself before/after summer bike rides when I'd go for 6-8 hour rides. Think the biggest flux I ever saw was like 10 or 12 pounds less which is kind of crazy if you think about sweating out 10 pounds of fluid when you weigh ~160.

So there you go John Price go for a 10 hour ride and just sweat a shit ton so you can say for at least a few hours you lost some weight.... until you then drink some water and flush it down with Popeye's.

You have to make so many adjustments to the bike to prevent injury that it's not worth it.

I'll only bike again once I have a personal trainer and nutritionist with me that comes by and helps me work out. I can't do it myself anymore, too much overuse injuries

If you are down to 151 now you don't need to lose 20 pounds and especially in a day, unless you want to end up in a hospital.
My dress pants need to fit again i don't care what it takes

i'm not spending 55 dollars on another pair

overuse injuries... right

why

all you do is stay home, go to sports games or go to the mall to get take out
He sounds really serious about job hunting this time so I am giving him the benefit of the doubt on this. That said, I can't stress enough how dangerous his idea of a diet can be. I'm sorry Mr. Price but you need to be more careful and if it takes a little longer to lose the remaining weight so be it.
